COVID-19 Introduced Salon Guidelines
Here at the Hadleigh Beauty Hut, we are very happy to welcome you all back for treatments during this difficult time we have all found ourselves in. We have devised some guidelines to ensure that your appointments are as safe and comfortable as possible. We would like you all to know as therapists we will be abiding by all the Government required guidelines including wearing the necessary PPE as required.
We are so happy to see you all again and hope you look forward to returning to your much loved treatments with us.
We will kindly ask you to fill in our 'pre-screening COVID-19' online form before each appointment that you attend. Before your first appointment with us, this will be sent to you via email or a message and for your follow up appointments you will find the link to the form within your appointment confirmation email from our 'Fresha' booking system, you just need to click the link to the form for either therapist Jess or Michaela who you are seeing.
If you are visiting 'Hadleigh Hair Hut', or 'MEGAesthetics', be sure to contact them about their individual protocols for your appointments.
Here are our salon guidlines we kindly ask you to follow:
- Please arrive for your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait outside and wait to be called. If you are late, your appointment will be cancelled and rearranged. Between each client we allow a 15 minute or longer gap to clean and sanitize the treatment space ready for the next client.
- Please only bring essential items with you, such as keys and phone. We will ask for these items to be placed inside a plastic box in the treatment space to stop cross-contamination. This box will be sanitized after each use.
- We will not currently be serving drinks due to the new time restrictions we are under with the added cleaning sessions we have in between clients, so we ask you to feel free to bring your own and take away any rubbish with you. Please do not bring any food to the salon.
- Face-masks are required for your appointments and we ask that you do bring your own. Preferably one that is disposable if you are receiving face treatments to avoid getting the lovely cotton masks messy with tints or wax. We do have some masks at the salon available if you have forgotten yours.
- No toilet facilities are currently available.
- Please attend your appointment alone. We are unable to accept any accompanying people or children at this time.
- We ask you to sanitize your hands with hand gel available when you enter the salon, and when you leave.
- Please be aware of social distancing measures in place at the salon when moving through the salon and past other clients and therapists. Please use the floor markings as a walking guide.
- Please use card and contactless payments where possible.
- We cannot currently accept any walk ins, we are operating by appointment only.
- If you would like to visit the salon to purchase gift vouchers, please give us a call or a message via the website contact us page or the Facebook page and we can arrange a time for you to visit us.
